MANPOWER WEB DESIGN & BRAND DEVELOPMENT

The Challenge.

Manpower has been operating since 1948. In 1958 they opened their first location in Alberta since then have spanned across to the province to Edmonton, Red Deer and Fort McMurray. Manpower focuses on staffing solutions for large tier firms and job seekers alike. If you work in Alberta, Oil and Gas was your calling. Until it no longer wasn’t. With the shocking drop in oil prices, many found themselves without a livelihood. Worse still, Manpower’s market had dried up, and they needed to engage with businesses quickly. We were brought in to help rebrand the entire organization to help the Alberta economy.

Tactics.

  • UX Prototype Design
  • Focus-Group Testing
  • Project management
  • Digital communications
  • A lot of peppermint tea

Results.

  • Manpower’s viewership increased by over 250%.
  • A shift in corporate culture through the collaborative efforts.
  • New value propositions which increase client and prospect engagement.
  • 50% decrease in manual operations of site content development.
  • Developed cybersecurity system processes to eliminate potential threats from third party sources.

The Solution

Our team was hired to work extensively with the Manpower creative teams and advisors to assist clients in developing their business strategies through the development of a brand refresh and website redesign by leveraging emerging technologies to increase the client’s operational efficiencies and digital reach.

We built their digital presence through the development of a WordPress CMS platform, focussed on driving SEO and keywords through compelling content, image keyword development, and an extensive paid social campaign.

The new website fostered new partnerships through branding consultations and leading new archetypes in social media integration. Our focus was on emphasizing Manpower’s extensive career expertise with a customized social media platform and content development campaign. The brand successful change from oil and gas into corporate solutions. Much like its business model in the early years.
