Mathew is the founder of Avise Learning and a senior leader in digital education and learning innovation. He brings deep experience across classroom instruction, digital and mobile learning, and immersive virtual environments, with a strong focus on scalable, outcome-driven solutions.

He has led the design and development of learning programs for leading public- and private-sector organizations, including Scotiabank, St. Michael’s Hospital, University Health Network (UHN), Sobeys Inc., VHA Home Healthcare, Ontario Shores, and the Ontario Caregiver Organization. Through Avise Learning, Mathew specializes in translating learning strategy into practical, learner-centred experiences that support workforce development, system transformation, and long-term organizational capability.
